Fully Automatic Medical Gas Manifold (LEO-XT)

SILBERMANN's fully automatic changeover system is designed to meet
the NFPA99, or ISO 7396-1,
or HTM 02-01 or G-01 standard.


The system manages 3 sources and provides continuous
supply and smooth automatic bank

switchover by means of a pneumatic shuttle valve.

Downloads:

■  The SILBERMANN fully automatic
    changeover unit is designed for continuous
    supply and smooth automatic changeover
    from the external supply (when supply
    stops) to the left and right banks. The
    the changeover from the right to the left bank
    occurs at 6 bars.

■  The oxygen pressure from the external
    supply to the cabinet should be max 12
    bars or min 4 bars.

■  The LEO-XT Model contains an alarm panel
     with LED indicators for the “IN USE”,
    ”CAPACITY BELOW MIN” and “EMPTY”
    sources, and a mutable buzzer for local alarm.
    A facility for displaying alarm conditions on two separate
    main alarm panels is provided.

■  The SILBERMANN fully automatic
    medical gas manifold is designed to meet the NFPA99,

    or ISO 7396-1, or HTM 02-01 or G-01
    requirements.

    ■  Material – galvanized steel.
    ■  Dimensions – 80x100x22 cm.
    ■  Finish – baked on powder painted.

■  Piping System: All materials are oxygen compatible and cleaned for oxygen use.

■  Line Pressure Gauge: 4” diameter.

■  Main Pressure Guage: 4” diameter.

■  Changeover Unit: Pneumatic.

■  Control Unit: Electronic (microprocessor).

■  Power Supply: 110-220V, 60-50Hz.

■  Indicators: Green, Yellow and Red LEDs

■  Output connections for local alarms:
     Two sets of dry contacts NO/NC.
